DE Henry Anderson, who tied for team lead in sacks last year, has reportedly agreed to remain in green and white. He's going to sign a 3-year deal worth $25.2M. According to the NY Daily News, the agreement has a maximum value of $33M. The Gang Green acquired Anderson last year in a trade with the Colts, giving up just a 7th round pick.
Anderson, 27, recorded career high 7.0 sacks and 22 solo tackles last year, despite playing on just 60 percent of defensive snaps. Now we can expect Anderson to play a much bigger role. He will be a imporant piece for new defensive coordinator Gregg Williams, who is known for his aggressive, blitz style.
