Contrary to various reports that the Jets might be interested in troubled CB Adam "Pacman" Jones, the New York Daily News reports that the Jets have no desire to deal with the 25-year old cornerback who's had various legal issues throughout his career. Besides Jones' unpredictable behavior, signing him would make little sense as the Gang Green are pretty much set at cornerback where they have Darrelle Revis and recently acquired Lito Sheppard as their starters.
In other news, QB Kellen Clemens believes that the Jets will have an open competition for the starting QB position and he will have a fair shot to fight for the job with QB Mark Sanchez whom the Gang Green drafted last month at #6 overall.
