The New York Jets made final cuts earlier today, as they waived the following 19 players: S Atari Bigby, CB Aaron Francisco, CB Brandon Haw, RB Terry Butler, RB Little John Flowers, QB Kevin Eakin, DE Joey Evans, DE Radell Lockhart, DT Tim McGill, WR Chas Gessner, WR Terrence Stubbs, WR Harry Williams, WR Jovan Witherspoon, LB Dennis Haley, LB James Kinney, OL Michael King, OL Mike Kracalik, OL Chuck Missant, and FB Austine Nwabuisi.
WR Harry Williams was the Jets' 7th round pick this year and he will most likely end up on the practice squad. The same future also might be true for S Atari Bigby, who impressed in the last preseason game, and DE Joey Evans who looked solid the entire preseason.
