According to the Jets official website, the team has activated OG Dave Szott from the physically unable to perform list (PUP), and waived OL Darnell Alford.
The Jets signed Szott prior to this season, hoping that he would replace OG Kerry Jenkins who had signed with Tampa Bay. Szott suffered a torn ACL in non-contact drills and was placed on the PUP. He never played a single down for the Jets.
